We bought a Delta sledge from D and A Toys (kidstoys4you.co.uk) for our five year old under 20kg son. within a week from the snowfall it was cracked from the back in normal use. When we brought it to the attention of the seller we were told loud and clear that our son had broken it through misuse. We were told that there were either too many people inside the sledge (he was alone in it) or someone was standing on the back (?!?!). In short they sold us a cheap product and did not stand behind it. very disappointed with the service. Will not buy from them again nor recommend to anyone.
